OUR VENUE
PARTNERSHIPS
Five-star meetings with a waterfront backdrop
Canary Riverside Plaza is ideal for board meetings, conferences, private dinners, and client receptions, offering a calm, premium setting in the heart of Canary Wharf. EMS Events can support the room with clear speech and presentation AV, discreet lighting, and reliable staging for panels and keynotes.

The hub of unforgettable events
Located in the heart of Mayfair on Charles Street, The Chesterfield is the perfect high-specification meeting place for business and entertainment. It has an atmospheric terrace bar with a late licence, live music, and the butlers’ restaurant is popular for the delicious business lunch menu.

Big ideas need great audio visual
Located in the heart of London, the six floor building has been designed to nurture creativity and collaboration, with sustainability and ethical hospitality taking centre stage. It features relaxed and collaborative spaces for working and dining, event spaces, a library, and a rooftop bar and restaurant.

Firmdale Hotel mixes modern and boutique
In creative, high-energy spaces, events need tech that works without fuss. For over a decade, Firmdale has counted on us to deliver flexible AV, quick thinking, and a tailored approach every time.

A room where every seat feels front-row
We’re often brought in to support talks, briefings, and training sessions at Goldsmiths’ Centre. It’s a clean, focused space, so the AV has to be just as sharp. We make sure voices stay clear, slides stay bright, and every guest can follow along without strain.

A venue that knows how to host
For spaces like this, the brief is always the same: keep it polished, keep it lively, and never let the tech get in the way. We support hospitality-led events with clean speech, warm background sound, and lighting that flatters the room.

A ceremony that’s above the rest
We’re often invited to deliver the AV for topping out ceremonies. This is where the exterior building team hands over to the interior building team. It’s a big moment and needs plenty of attention to health and safety along with the right sound and vision.

High profile, yet discreet
We’re in the Mandarin every week, doing anything from a full awards do to an ‘A’ list celebrity birthday party. This is what we call a Venue Partnership. Whatever the event there are always particular complexities and details that need getting just right.

The best kept secret of the inner circle
Regent’s offers a private space with their own entrance and ivory-lined marquee with four acres of lawns within the royal parks, a wild garden and also a secluded secret garden. No other venue offers such a private, verdant outdoor space capable of accommodating up to 1,200 guests.

An iconic setting for standout evenings
Searcys is the perfect venue for events that need atmosphere, sunset receptions, brand launches, private dining, and corporate celebrations. EMS Events can provide sound that carries without overpowering the room, lighting that brings out the space, and discreet AV for speeches, music, and content.

WHERE WE’VE
WORKED

CASE
STUDIES

Smashing the glass ceiling
Some nights are built around celebration; this one carried the weight of progress. We supported WICE Awards with full production: LED video walls, stage lighting, photobooths and AV.
The brief was clear: let every story be seen and heard. What unfolded was powerful but grounded, filled with warmth, clarity, and applause that meant more than usual.
The crazy world of Mr Doodle
This was joyful, strange and full of life. At Outernet London, we handled the staging and technical production behind a live-streamed doodle installation, inside a giant glass tissue box.
What looked spontaneous was quietly precise: lighting, camera lines, sound balance. The art was messy. The setup was not. But what people remember is how it made them smile.
A big experience for a big presentation
Fifty years of growth, global partners in one room, and a story worth telling well. We delivered full production, LED walls, sound, staging and interpretation to support Linglong’s milestone event.
But beyond the hardware, the heart was in the speeches. In the thank yous. In the quiet pride of a team that had come a long way together.
...and big thanks to everyone who made this award possible
Awards events always contain an element of the unknown. You’ve got to keep the audience guessing, while making the event go as smoothly as clockwork. It helps to have a show caller to keep everything on track.
Ticking the right boxes
Not every event has a spotlight. This one had a heater, a light, and a quiet sense of care. We supported Southwark Council with equipment to make polling stations more accessible, especially for older voters.
It wasn’t flashy, but it mattered. Clear signage, warmth, and visibility made it easier for people to take part. That’s the kind of work we’re proud of.
A launch that lifts the team
There’s something about a rebrand; it’s more than a new logo. It’s about belief. For Teya’s UK launch, we provided AV hire, staging and playback to support their message to the room.
Clean, energetic, focused. What mattered most wasn’t just how it looked, but how people walked out: a little prouder, a little more sure of what they’re building.

ASKED QUESTIONS
What does “complete event production” include?
Our Event production services cover all technical elements of your event: audio, video, lighting, staging, set, content playback and more activities that happen during an event. We handle planning, design, logistics, crew, on-site delivery and de-rig.
Can you help shape the event format or just provide tech?
We can do both. Some clients come with a set agenda; others ask us to advise on timings, transitions, walk-ups, graphics and how to keep the audience engaged throughout the programme.
At what stage should we involve the production team?
Ideally, as soon as you have a date and venue shortlist, early involvement lets us flag technical constraints, suggest layouts and power needs, and prevent expensive last-minute changes.
Do you work directly with venues and other suppliers?
Yes. We liaise with venue teams on access, power, rigging, health and safety, and with any other suppliers (caterers, decor, entertainment) to coordinate schedules and avoid clashes.
Can you manage live and hybrid elements of the same event?
Yes, we design a single production plan that covers in-room experience and remote attendees. This includes cameras, streaming, audio feeds and content formats suitable for both audiences.
How do you handle technical rehearsals?
We encourage at least one run-through with key speakers, especially for complex shows. During rehearsal, we test all cues, walk-ups, videos, microphones and transitions so there are no surprises on the day.
How is pricing structured for event production?
Your quote will typically include equipment hire, crew, transport, design time and any bespoke set or print. Everything is itemised so you can see what each element costs and adjust to suit your budget.
