What is LED video wall hire?
LED video wall hire is the rental of large, modular LED screens that create a bright, seamless display for showing video, presentations and branded content at events instead of purchasing the screens. We provide industry-leading LED video walls in a range of pixel pitches, including delivery, setup, on‑site support and de‑rig for conferences, exhibitions, awards and product launches.
What types of LED video walls do you provide?
We supply industry-leading Absen LED wall panels in a range of pixel pitches, suitable for conferences, AGMs, awards, product launches, exhibitions and live shows. The system is built from modular panels to match your required size and aspect ratio
Can you supply content playback and operators for the LED wall?
Yes. We supply media servers/laptops, switchers and experienced operators to manage presentations, holding slides, videos and live camera feeds throughout the event.
How long does an LED wall set-up and de-rig take?
It depends on size and rigging method. Smaller walls can be built in a couple of hours, while very large or complex configurations take longer. We’ll schedule build and break times with your venue so everything is ready well before doors open.
What is the difference between an LED wall and a video wall?
An LED wall uses individual light-emitting diodes for each pixel, creating a single, seamless, super-bright screen with no bezels, ideal for large-scale, outdoor, or creative shapes. In contrast, a video wall is a collection of multiple separate screens (often LCD or LED monitors) tiled together, creating a larger display but with visible gaps (bezels) between the screens.
