LIVE STREAM YOUR EVENT WITH EMS EVENTS
Live streaming used to be the exclusive preserve of the high-end corporates. But since Covid, streaming has become a practical and widely accepted way to include people who cannot be there in person. If your audience is spread across different locations, live streaming is often a sensible option that helps more people stay involved without overcomplicating the event.
BEST OF BOTH
VIRTUAL AND REAL

Pre-event internet speed tests
Streaming quality relies on a stable and reliable internet connection. Before any event, our team carries out internet speed tests to reduce the risk of interruptions for viewers. The reality is that if local internet access fails, alternative connections can also be affected. That’s why we always plan ahead and agree on sensible backup options, so the event can continue smoothly if something unexpected happens.

Bringing it all together
The production desk manages all incoming and outgoing content. This includes video clips, graphics, music, presenter cues, live camera feeds, and special effects. A good operator like our very own Sean will ensure each element is cued correctly, in the right order, and displayed at the precise moment, maintaining the show’s pacing and flow.

Keeping it all dynamic
During a live stream, real-time decisions matter. Switching between cameras, adding on-screen graphics, and playing pre-recorded content all need to happen seamlessly. Our team is used to managing these moving parts, delivering a clear and professional broadcast whether the audience is sitting in the room, watching online, or doing both.

ABOUT
US

I drive the HGV for all the big jobs, and I also set up the simultaneous interpretation booths. The biggest thing I’ve learned is to give clients the time to ask questions. When you explain things clearly and properly, it builds confidence and helps the event run smoother.”

ASKED QUESTIONS
What is web streaming for events?
Live event streaming is the real-time broadcast of your event over the internet, allowing audiences anywhere in the world to watch talks, presentations and performances as they happen on their own devices. Our team provides professional live streaming services in London, including cameras, encoders, production crew and platform setup, so you can reliably stream conferences, AGMs, seminars and other events to online viewers.
How many different streaming services are there?
There are dozens of platforms you can stream to, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, YouTube, Vimeo and many event-specific platforms. We’ll recommend the best one (or combination) based on your audience size, privacy needs and interaction features.
What internet connection do we need at the venue?
A stable wired connection with sufficient upload speed is essential. We’ll calculate the bandwidth required and liaise with the venue or IT team to ensure connectivity meets streaming requirements.
How do you manage audio quality for remote viewers?
We take a clean feed from the main sound system, use proper audio processing and test levels before going live. Our operators monitor audio throughout to keep the sound clear and consistent.
What happens if there’s a technical issue during the stream?
We run pre-event tests, monitor the stream continuously and build in redundancy where possible. If a problem occurs, our team will troubleshoot immediately and keep you updated.
