We don’t outsource; we run everything ourselves. From AV hire and staging to full-scale production, exhibitions, & interpretation, it’s all done in-house without bouncing between suppliers. You work with one team that knows your project inside and out. It saves time, avoids confusion, & results in better outcomes.

Huge AV inventory
Over 30,000 pieces of AV equipment in stock; everything from microphones and lights to LED video walls and high-end projectors. We hold one of the UK’s largest stocks of Absen LED panels, so we’re ready to roll even when timelines are tight. And because we’re based in Central London, we move fast and stay flexible.

Central london base
Our 18,000 sq. ft. facility is just a few minutes from Tower Bridge. That puts us close to all the major London venues and lets us respond quickly if anything changes last minute. Many of our clients visit us beforehand to test their kit or see our setup, and we welcome that. It’s your event, and we’ll make sure everything feels just right.

In-house team
When you work with EMS Events, you work with us, not freelancers. Our 30+ technical members crew comprises full-time technicians, project managers, engineers, and designers who care deeply about what they do. You’ll know who’s running your job right from the start, and they’ll be by your side till the final light fades.

If the unexpected happens and a new piece of equipment is urgently needed, our team can arrive on the location quickly to swap equipment and rectify any issues. Our location also means last-minute and urgent orders can be accommodated.

What is event production?
Event production is the end-to-end planning, technical delivery and management of live, hybrid or virtual events, covering elements like audio, video, lighting, staging, set design, content playback, logistics and crew. EMS Events takes pride in providing in-house event production in London, handling everything from initial concept and technical design through to on-site delivery and de-rig for conferences, AGMs, gala dinners and more.
Can you help shape the event format or just provide tech?
We can do both. Some clients come with a set agenda; others ask us to advise on timings, transitions, walk-ups, graphics and how to keep the audience engaged throughout the programme.
At what stage should we involve the production team?
Ideally, as soon as you have a date and venue shortlist, early involvement lets us flag technical constraints, suggest layouts and power needs, and prevent expensive last-minute changes.
Do you work directly with venues and other suppliers?
Yes. We liaise with venue teams on access, power, rigging, health and safety, and with any other suppliers (caterers, decor, entertainment) to coordinate schedules and avoid clashes.
Can you manage live and hybrid elements of the same event?
Yes, we design a single production plan that covers in-room experience and remote attendees. This includes cameras, streaming, audio feeds and content formats suitable for both audiences.
How do you handle technical rehearsals?
We encourage at least one run-through with key speakers, especially for complex shows. During rehearsal, we test all cues, walk-ups, videos, microphones and transitions so there are no surprises on the day.
How is pricing structured for event production?
Your quote will typically include equipment hire, crew, transport, design time and any bespoke set or print. Everything is itemised so you can see what each element costs and adjust to suit your budget.
