Operating from a 18,000 square foot warehouse close to Tower Bridge, our prime Central London location can make a major difference to the success of your event.

If the unexpected happens and a new piece of equipment is urgently needed, our team can arrive on the location quickly to swap equipment and rectify any issues. Our location also means last-minute and urgent orders can be accommodated.

What is event content creation?

Event content creation is the development of visuals, graphics, logos, motion graphics and digital assets that support your event message, keep everything on-brand and help audiences stay engaged before and during the event. At EMS Events, we provide audience-first content creation from our in-house creative team, including event design, motion graphics, logo and product design, plus custom websites and apps tailored to your event.

Ideally, as soon as the agenda takes shape, starting early allows time for drafting, feedback and testing content on the actual screens at the venue.

We can create one-off event logos or extend to full brand packs with colours, type, templates and usage guidelines. That way, every slide, banner and social asset looks consistent.

We’ll ask for your brand assets, event objectives, key messages, timelines and any reference material you like. From there, we propose concepts, then refine with your feedback.

That’s the aim. We design with a single visual language so your stage graphics, print, website, app and social media all look like they belong to the same event.
